We are a film festival based in London and we dynamically promote creative and independent films, both short and feature. Special attention is given to all aspects of filmmaking and screenwriting.

Filmatic FilmFare does not have any production year barrier or premiere status. But we prefer to know if we are the first one to screen your film because then we can give special shoutouts on social media and our website.

We accept all sorts of films as long as they do not portray any discrimination or harangue anyone.

You know your hard work is in good hands because we promote every submission on our social media handles, website, and winner’s interviews are published on our website and a prestigious digital magazine.

We randomly select a few filmmakers and screenwriters every year and do follow-up interviews about their upcoming projects and publicize those interviews through the aforementioned channels.

Our interactions with our submitters are not one-offs and we strive to build and last a long-term relationship with our submitters.

Please know that entering the festival does not guarantee a selection of your work. We at Filmmatic Filmfare believe very strongly in the selection and awarding integrity.

You shall be notified of your selection status via notifications sent out by the submission platform(s) through which you have submitted to us.

Your work shall be screened on the event date provided on the submission platform.

Please note that we have a hybrid mode for screening and the link for screening shall be sent to you in advance so that you can participate in the event. Our events typically have hundreds of world audience watching, that is the kind of exposure you can have by getting your project selected for our event.

Not just the filmmakers, the screenplay writers can enjoy the spotlight. If they wish to participate, we guide them and help them pitch their screenplays and collaborate with industry professionals.

We look out for interesting trailers, and buzzes in the indie filmmaking community and gather recommendations from industry veterans. If you hear from us and wonder how we heard about you, that’s how we did!
